Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Template notice: this page ships with the theme as a general starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The site owner should replace it under Nexum → Content → Legal Pages before relying on it.
These terms govern your use of the services provided by Company Name ("we", "us"). By ordering, activating or continuing to use any of our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the information on your account being accurate and up to date, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your own.
2. Services
The services included in your order, along with any limits that apply to them, are described on the product page and on your invoice. We may adjust the technical make-up of a service where that is needed to keep it secure, supported or reliable.
3. Fees, billing and renewal
Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Renewal invoices are issued before the term ends and the service continues while the renewal is paid. Prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are subject to the registry's own pricing and rules.
4. Late payment and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date the associated service may be suspended and, after a further period, terminated along with its data. Reactivating a suspended service may require the outstanding balance to be settled in full.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a service from your client area; the cancellation takes effect either immediately or at the end of the current term, as you choose. Where a money-back period applies it is stated on the product page. Domain registrations, licences and set-up fees are generally non-refundable once issued.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep services available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided through the channels listed in your client area.
8. Your data and backups
You retain ownership of the content you store on our services. Any backups we take are for our own operational purposes and are not a substitute for keeping your own copies.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service over the preceding billing term, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the client area or by email, and the revised terms apply from the date they are published.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through a support ticket in your client area.
